In addition, even after returning home, if desired, we will provide follow-up support through short-term hospitalization, outpatient rehabilitation, home-visit rehabilitation, etc. to support living at home.
Short-term admitted
Short-term stays are available for caregivers when they need to go out or want to reduce the burden of caregiving. Day rehabilitation
You can commute to our facility from your home and receive daily services such as meals and hot spring bathing, while providing physical therapy and other necessary rehabilitation and recreation under the guidance of experts, allowing you to continue living at home. We will support you to maintain. We also provide individual rehabilitation by specialized staff and use training machines.
Visiting rehabilitation
For those receiving home-visit treatment, our specialized staff will visit your home and perform rehabilitation under the direction of your attending physician, supporting the maintenance and improvement of your physical function and independence. We will also make suggestions for activities of daily living and assistance methods tailored to your home environment.
Home care support
We create care plans to provide effective home services to people who require long-term care insurance services. In cooperation with local governments and various service providers, we support higher quality home living.
